+Olive accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner and JCB.

TAXES
All applicable taxes will be applied to orders within California.

RETURNS 
As all furniture orders are custom, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. DAMAGED items must photographed and reported immediately to orders@plusolive.com.

FALLEN LEAF AND REPURPOSED ITEMS
Please note, all Fallen Leaf and Repurposed items are one-of-a-kind and/or vintage and therefore sold in an “as is" condition which may include imperfections unique to the materials or design.

A NOTE ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Because all product is handcrafted, there may be slight variations in color, texture and finish. We do not consider these flaws, but rather an indication of our product uniqueness.

All sales are final.

SHIPPING
Our preferred shipping method is UPS. We use UPS for all small item shipments. Once an order has been placed, +Olive will process the order within 24-48 hours. All UPS Ground orders will be shipped from our store within 5-7 business days if in stock. UPS Priority orders received by 11:00 AM, Monday-Friday, will be shipped the same day if in stock or retail store. UPS Priority orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped out the following business day.

Please note that all shipments require a signature upon delivery. UPS will make three delivery attempts to your shipping address. After the third attempt, they will hold the package at their warehouse for you to pick up. +Olive is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you do not pick up your package. Customers may choose to waive the signature requirement by selecting the “Ship with no signature required” button at checkout. You should be aware that if you choose this option that you are releasing +Olive from any responsibility for the package once it is dropped off at your door. Please note, UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
When your items have shipped, you will receive an email from UPS with tracking information and shipping status. Please note, expected delivery dates on backordered items are subject to change. We will notify you of any backorders and an expected ship date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (including orders shipping to Canada)
If your ship-to address is outside the U.S.A. or Canada, a UPS Expedited rate will be quoted to you at checkout. Please note we offer only UPS Expedited for shipping orders outside the U.S.A and Canada.

For all orders that do not have a U.S.A. ship-to address, please note that taxes or duties may be placed on the shipment upon receipt. +Olive cannot predict and is not responsible for any taxes or duties that the country we are shipping to might place on the shipment. The receiver of the shipment is responsible for these charges. 

WEB ORDERS
Changes to your order can be made by you at any point while placing your order. Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you’ve selected the incorrect products, please review our returns procedures.

FURNITURE DELIVERY
Our preferred carrier for large items is ABF Freight. There are four types of delivery methods: curbside, ground curbside delivery; threshold, inside the first threshold; room of choice, delivered to the room of your choice; white glove service, unpack, position for use and remove debris; and assembly, light assembly included.
