Shipping Information

Small Item Shipping

  • Small items will ship within 3 - 5 business days of order placement. An email notification of the shipment with tracking information will be sent once order is ready to ship. +Olive offers USPS and UPS options at check out.
  • We will promptly notify you if an item(s) is out of stock.
  • Please be aware that all shipping ETAs are estimated. We cannot guarantee shipping times.    

Furniture Shipping 

  • Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for shipping of in-stock furniture.  
  • Shipping is free on all orders over $1500.   Please see the policy below.
  • Your credit card will only be charged upon shipment of item(s).
  • Please allow 12-16 weeks of production time for custom orders to be ready to ship unless otherwise specified. The shipping ETA is not included.

Delivery Options


Free Shipping 

  • All orders over $1500 (subtotal) are eligible for free shipping. 
  • Free shipping provides delivery to the front door/entry of the property.  It is not recommended for apartments or other multiple occupant dwellings (please see the white glove option below).
  • All items will be left in their original packing. 
  • +Olive is not responsible for items left unattended.
  • No assembly is provided. 
  • Please inspect the packaging for any punctures or damage.   If you have any concerns, please note them on the delivery receipt.  We recommend photographing the damaged package prior to opening.  
  • Please inspect each package carefully prior to opening.  No damage claims can be made after delivery. We will, however, treat each incident on a case by case basis.
  •  If you have delivery destination challenges, we strongly suggest upgrading to White Glove Delivery.

White Glove Delivery Without Assembly 

  • This service provides delivery and installation (may be said if the customer may direct specific placement of the item) to a room inside your home.  Shipment may be brought up two flights of stairs or in an elevator. 
  • Packaging will be removed.   
  • Please inspect each piece carefully.  No damage claims can be made after delivery. We will, however, treat each incident on a case by case basis.

White Glove Delivery with Assembly

  • The delivery team will assemble the item for up to 30 minutes, using basic tools.
  • Packaging will be removed and disposed of.
  • Please inspect each piece carefully.  No damage claims may be made after delivery. We will, however, treat each incident on a cas by case basis .

Delivery Notification 

  • The delivery company will notify you once the order is ready to ship. 
  • A representative from the delivery company will call to schedule a delivery within a 4-hour time frame once the order arrives at the local delivery hub.
  • The delivery company will do their best to provide an accurate time and date for delivery.  Please keep in mind unforeseen delays may occur.

Freight Damages

  • We inspect every piece of merchandise before it leaves our store and partnered warehouse locations.  If a package arrives with visible damage, please contact +Olive immediately at (831) 250-5307 or customerservice@plusolive.com.
